Service Introduction

• MobiFone’s International Roaming (IR) service allows subscribers to stay connected abroad using their existing mobile number.

When registering for the IR ALL service (Voice, SMS & Data), you can:

• Make and receive calls;

• Send and receive SMS;

• Access international roaming data at standard roaming rates.

Notes when registering for the IR Voice, SMS & Data service:

• It is recommended to register the service in Vietnam before traveling abroad to ensure uninterrupted usage.

• Postpaid subscribers who have not completed their first billing cycle are not eligible to register for this service. Please contact a MobiFone store for support.

• Make sure to enable Data Roaming ON on your handset to access roaming data services.

• To avoid unexpected high charges, please disable background applications on your phone.

• You can also register roaming data packages for preferential rates and worry-free usage. Registration: text DK Package code to 9199.
