Service Introduction:

• MobiFone’s International Roaming (IR) service allows subscribers to stay connected abroad using their existing mobile number.

When registering for the IR Voice & SMS service, you can:

• Make and receive calls;

• Send and receive SMS.

Notes when registering for the IR Voice & SMS service:

• It is recommended to register the service in Vietnam before traveling abroad to ensure uninterrupted usage.

• Postpaid subscribers who have not completed their first billing cycle are not eligible to register for this service. Please contact a MobiFone store for support.

• You cannot access IR data at this time. To use IR data, you need to register for the CVQT ALL service (Voice, SMS & Data), which allows data usage at standard roaming rates. Registration: text DK CVQT ALL to 9199.

• You can also register roaming data packages for preferential rates and worry-free usage. Registration: text DK Package code to 9199.
