These new denominations are only applicable to MobiEZ recharge, airtime, electronic payment ..., temporarily not applied to the form of recharge by physical scratch cards, card codes.

These are websites of unknown origin. In order to participate in MobiFone promotions, customers should only top up on clearly defined channels and sources of MobiFone
7. Why do I use postpaid payment at the store that is issued by MobiFone?

Answer

Customers who buy scratch cards / paper cards or charge by EZ cards may ask the store to issue retail invoices, so when making payment for postpaid subscribers MobiFone will not issue additional invoices.
8. I want to donate to others but want to hide them, how can I load them?

Answer

Customer account can recharge other subscribers in the following ways:
• Go to the page https://www.mobifone.vn to choose the deposit / payment and follow the instructions
• Use the My MobiFone application and follow the instructions
• Contact recharge points with MobiEZ and inform the number to load
